We currently accept most major credit cards, as well as Finnish internet banks.
We work with a well-established payment providers called Checkout Finland and Klarna. All communication is done via a fully secure connection.
To ensure a smooth processing of your order, your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
If you made a mistake during the purchasing process or just simply changed your mind, the order can be modified as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. To ask for the shipping status or alter your order, please get in contact with our Customer Service.
We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
Shipping in Finland is 30€, shipping costs will be added to orders under 500, shipping is free on orders of 500€ or over.
Shipping to Sweden, Norway and Danmark is 60€, shipping costs will be added to orders under 1000€, shipping is free on orders of 1000€ or over.
Shipping to other European countries is 100€, shipping costs will be added to orders under 1500€, shipping is free on orders of 1500€ and over.

All prices on the website are shown including Finnish VAT of 24%. VAT is not charged on orders delivered to Norway and Switzerland. The prices shown are then excluding VAT. Additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and need to be paid separately by the customer. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders ship within a few days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 14 working days depending on the shipping address.
Our products come with a 2 years warranty starting from the day you received the product. You should therefore always keep your sales receipts and delivery statements.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wallark. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused Wallark purchase within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
