You can place an order via our website. All you need to do is to add the products to the cart and proceed to checkout. To finalize the transaction, we need you to provide us the necessary information. That’s all, now you can look forward to receiving your new favourite piece!

We currently accept most major credit cards, as well as Finnish internet banks.

We work with the payment service providers Paytrail and Klarna. All data is transferred via fully secure connections.

To ensure a smooth processing of your order, your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

If you made a mistake during the purchasing process or just simply changed your mind, the order can be modified as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. To ask for the shipping status or alter your order, please get in contact with our Customer Service.


We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.

The delivery fee for samples in Finland is 7€ and, depending on the size, is delivered either to the nearest possible parcel machine or directly to the mailbox. Shipping in Finland is 40€, delivery charges will be added for orders under 1000 euros; for orders with a normal price of 1000 euros or more, delivery is free with the code "ILM.TOIMITUS". Free delivery is not available if other discounts have been applied to the order.

Shipping to Sweden, Norway and Denmark is 150€, shipping costs will be added to orders under 2000€, shipping is free on orders of 2000€ or over with code "FREESHIP".

Shipping to other European countries is 300€.

We’ve worked hard to simplify the delivery of bags and minimize the cost of shipping for you. If you have any questions about the options above, reach out to info@wallark.com.

All prices on the website are shown including Finnish VAT of 24%. VAT is not charged on orders delivered to Norway and Switzerland. The prices shown are then excluding VAT. Additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and need to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders ship within a few days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. With Posti and Matkahuolto delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address.


Our products come with a 2 years warranty starting from the day you received the product. You should therefore always keep your sales receipts and delivery statements. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage.

We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase from WallArk. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused WallArk purchase within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. More information on the refund can be found in the terms of use.

Our aim is to provide mouldings that is fully functional upon receipt and made with superior-quality. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. If the products are damaged in transit, please contact the carrier. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Please get in touch with our Customer Service.
