ORDERS
PRICES AND SHIPPING
Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 24%. VAT is not charged on orders delivered to Norway and Switzerland. Please note that orders to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to import customs and taxes, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country. Please contact your local customs service for further information.
Customers can collect the products themselves without delivery charge from Lönnrotinkatu 39 b (showroom) or Lönnrotinkatu 43 b (warehouse). The pick-up time must always be agreed in advance.
Delivery to Sweden, Norway and Denmark 150 euros (samples 25 euros). Delivery costs will be added for orders under 1500 euros; for orders with a normal price of 1500 euros or more, delivery is free with the code "FREESHIP".
Delivery to other European countries is 300 euros (samples 50 euros).
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please note that returns must be made to the return address and not to the nearest pick-up point. A "Fragile Parcel" additional service must also be purchased for return.
For international deliveries, we mainly use DB Schenker, and orders are delivered by road outside the private home. In the event of a claim for products damaged in transit, please contact the carrier. We are also not responsible for the cost of returning orders for international shipments.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card or through Internet Bank.

RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your WallArk purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. You must handle the returned product and its original packaging with care. If you have used the product or handled it carelessly, you will be liable for any loss of value up to the full value of the product. Please also remember to fill in the return form that you will receive with your shipment. Please note that a package that is not picked up is not a refund. Return notifications must always be made in writing by e-mail to info@wallark.com.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
Please always contact our customer service before returning your order!
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Posti and Matkahuolto will keep packages for 7 days, after which they will be returned to us. For a package that is not picked up (sample box), we charge a € 20 handling fee and for an unreceived shipment (mouldings and ceiling roses) we charge a € 100 handling fee, plus any additional costs charged by Posti/Matkahuolto.
